About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident working with people and experienced in capturing weddings, family portraits, studio portfolios, fashion shoots, and other professional photography projects.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, posing, camera techniques, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to make clients feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

- Photograph and film weddings, pre-wedding shoots, family portraits, studio portfolios, and fashion shoots.
- Conduct professional studio and outdoor photo/video shoots.
- Guide clients and models with posing, expressions, and positioning.
- Capture candid moments as well as planned and posed photographs.
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, studio lighting, flashes, reflectors, and other photography equipment.
- Handle wedding photography and videography, including ceremonies, candid moments, couple portraits, family photographs, and key events.
- Create high-quality portfolio and fashion images with attention to styling, lighting, composition, and detail.
- Shoot professional reels, short videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos when required.
- Edit photographs and videos to maintain a consistent skilled look.
- Coordinate with clients, makeup artists, stylists, models, and the internal creative team.
- Organize and maintain photography and video files and ensure proper backups.
- Travel to wedding venues and outdoor locations for shoots as required.
- Stay updated with current photography, videography, editing, and fashion/social-media trends.

Requirements




- 1–5+ years of experience in professional photography and/or videography.
- Practical experience in wedding photography, portraits, studio photography, or fashion photography.
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and photography equipment.
- Good understanding of studio lighting, natural light, composition, framing, and posing.
- Ability to confidently direct individuals, couples, families, and models during shoots.
- Proficiency in photo-editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative eye and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, particularly during wedding shoots and events.
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with candid wedding photography.
- Experience with studio portrait and fashion photography.
- Knowledge of posing and directing models/clients.
- Experience with cinematic wedding videos and short-form content.
- Knowledge of color grading and professional retouching.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and other social-media formats.
- Own camera/equipment is an advantage but not mandatory.
