Role Description The Photographer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a part-time capacity, capturing high-quality images of handicraft products for use across the e-commerce platform and marketing channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing product photo shoots, setting up lighting and backgrounds, and ensuring accurate representation of colors, textures, and details. The role also involves basic image editing, organizing and naming files for easy retrieval, and collaborating with the marketing and merchandising teams to align visuals with brand guidelines.

The Photographer may occasionally shoot lifestyle or promotional images that highlight artisans,



craftsmanship, and product usage.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in product and catalog photography, with the ability to capture detailed, well-composed images.
- Proficiency in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and basic studio lighting or portable lighting setups.
- Experience with photo editing software (such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop) for color correction and basic retouching.
- Ability to plan and organize photo shoots, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, texture, and color to showcase handicraft products accurately.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and operations teams on-site.
- Understanding of e-commerce image requirements, including aspect ratios, file sizes, and consistency across product listings.
- Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.
