Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Expert for all age groups in the Indian region. The expert will design and deliver online sessions focusing on phonics, pronunciation, vocabulary building, and spoken English fluency, tailored to learners of different ages and proficiency levels.

They will plan and facilitate public speaking activities such as speeches, presentations, debates, and storytelling to build confidence, articulation, and stage presence. The role includes creating and updating lesson plans, learning materials, and practice exercises,



as well as assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback. The expert will collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching strategies, maintain learner engagement, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics, spoken English, and language development for diverse age groups.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking training, including speech delivery, presentation skills, and confidence-building techniques.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and digital content creation for remote learning.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and learner engagement skills in a virtual environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics, ESL, or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching in the Indian education context or working with Indian learners is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, maintain professional conduct, and manage schedules in a full time remote role.
