Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Qualified Expert serving learners of all age groups in the Indian region. The professional will design and deliver structured phonics and public speaking sessions online, including lesson planning, content creation, and activity-based learning tailored to different age levels. Daily responsibilities include conducting live virtual classes, assessing learner progress, providing individualized feedback, and supporting learners in building clear pronunciation, fluent reading, and confident speaking skills.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, integrating interactive tools and resources,



and maintaining consistent communication with parents, guardians, or adult learners as appropriate.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, early literacy development, and age-appropriate language teaching methods.
- Proficiency in public speaking coaching, voice modulation, articulation, and stage presence training.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and interactive e-learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and learner engagement skills across children, teens, and adults.
- Ability to design lesson plans, create learning materials, and adapt content to varied proficiency levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching or training in the Indian education context, with sensitivity to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Reliable internet connection, comfort working remotely, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
