Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert serving learners of all age groups across the Indian region. The skilled will design and deliver online sessions focused on phonics, spoken English, voice modulation, and public speaking, tailored to diverse age groups and learning levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating engaging activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to build confidence and communication skills.

The role involves collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching materials, maintaining high standards of learner engagement, and using digital platforms effectively to conduct interactive classes.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, spoken English, and English language fundamentals.
- Proficiency in public speaking training, presentation skills, voice modulation, and stage confidence coaching.
- Experience designing age-appropriate lesson plans, interactive activities, and structured curricula for varied learner profiles.
- Skill in conducting live online classes, using e-learning platforms, and integrating digital tools for engaging virtual instruction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, neutral, and learner-friendly English.
- Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience with children, adolescents, and adults in the Indian region is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage batches, track learner progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback to learners and parents/guardians.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics, TESOL, or public speaking are an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection, familiarity with video conferencing tools, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and sensitivity to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
