Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online lessons in phonics and spoken communication for learners across all age groups and regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning structured lesson plans, conducting interactive virtual classes, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching approaches to varied learning styles. The role involves creating age-appropriate content, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching materials.

The skilled will also communicate regularly with learners and caregivers to support learning outcomes and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.



This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable online presence and effective virtual classroom management.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, reading readiness, and language development for diverse age groups.
- Proficiency in public speaking, presentation skills, and spoken communication coaching.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital classroom tools, and e-learning methodologies.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, develop engaging learning materials, and adapt content to different proficiency levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, neutral, and inclusive language use.
- Demonstrated ability to work with learners from varied cultural and regional backgrounds in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle full-time remote teaching schedules.
