About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and focused Phlebotomist to join FOXO and handle home sample collection for our members. The ideal candidate should have strong venipuncture skills, excellent patient-handling abilities, and experience in protected specimen collection and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct home visits for blood and other diagnostic sample collection.

- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection safely and accurately.

- Verify patient details, test requirements, and sample collection instructions before collection.

- Ensure proper labelling, handling, storage, and transportation of samples as per SOPs.

- Follow strict infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste disposal protocols during home visits.

- Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience, including handling elderly, pediatric, and anxious patients.





- Manage fasting, timed, and specialized sample collections as required.

- Maintain accurate records of sample collection, patient information, and visit status.

- Coordinate with the operations, doctors, and laboratory teams to ensure timely sample processing.

- Maintain and carry necessary phlebotomy equipment, collection tubes, PPE, and supplies during home visits.

Requirements:

- Education: DMLT, BMLT, Diploma/Certification in Phlebotomy, or equivalent.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in phlebotomy, with hands-on experience in home sample collection preferred.
