About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PHE BIM Modeler with 3–5 years of experience in Plumbing and Public Health Engineering (PHE) BIM modeling for building services projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinated drawings, and project documentation using Revit .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain PHE/Plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, schematics, and coordinated drawings.
- Model domestic water supply, sanitary, drainage, stormwater, and other PHE services.
- Coordinate PHE models with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Architectural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks .
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, details, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Work with different LOD requirements, typically LOD 300–400 .
- Follow project BIM standards, BEP requirements, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines.
- Incorporate design changes and coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators.
- Ensure models and drawings meet project quality and submission standards.
- Support quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models when required.

Required Skills




- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PHE/Plumbing BIM Modeling .
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP .
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD .
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
- Strong understanding of plumbing and PHE systems in building services.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and plumbing systems .
- Understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary modeling.
- Knowledge of LOD 300/400 , BIM standards, and project workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and architectural layouts.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience working on international projects , particularly US/UK/Middle East projects.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM documentation standards.
- Experience in preparing coordinated/shop drawings and construction documentation.

Education Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
