Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at Novel Industries, located in the Pathanamthitta district. The Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals in compliance with company and regulatory standards.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions, verifying prescriptions, counseling customers on medication use, and adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Collaboration with other team members and accurate record-keeping are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, ethical practices, and prescription verification
- Ability to manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Robust communication skills to counsel customers and collaborate effectively with the team
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Required: A valid pharmacy license , Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a related field
- Preferred: Freshers or Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution or retail pharmacy not more than 2 years.
