- Dispense medicines and other pharmaceutical products to patients strictly as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.

- Verify the prescription, medicine name, strength, dosage, quantity, route of administration, and duration before dispensing.

- Ensure proper storage of medicines, vaccines, and other pharmaceutical products as per manufacturer instructions and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and maintain the temperature of refrigerators and other storage areas wherever required.

- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, surgical items, consumables, and other pharmacy-related materials.

- Monitor stock levels, identify near-expiry and expired medicines, and ensure timely replacement or disposal as per applicable procedures.

- Maintain proper records of receipts, issues, returns, stock balances, and expiry of medicines.

- Ensure that controlled, restricted, or high-alert medicines, wherever applicable, are stored, recorded, and issued in accordance with applicable laws and hospital policies.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, hospital departments, suppliers, and the management regarding medicine requirements and availability.

- Provide appropriate information to patients regarding the prescribed medicines, including dosage, frequency, method of administration, storage, and precautions, within the scope of skilled practice.

- Identify and promptly communicate any apparent prescription error, drug interaction, duplication,



allergy-related concern, or other medication-related issue to the concerned doctor.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure that prescription and medication-related information is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.

- Follow all hospital policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), pharmacy protocols, applicable laws, and professional standards.

- Ensure that only authorized medicines and pharmaceutical products are procured, stored, and dispensed through the hospital pharmacy.

- Assist in preparing pharmacy-related reports, audits, inventory statements, and regulatory documentation.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the pharmacy and medicine storage areas.

- Coordinate with the purchase department and approved suppliers for timely procurement of medicines and other pharmacy requirements.

- Participate in internal audits, quality initiatives, medication-safety programs, and inspections as required by the hospital.

- Perform such other pharmacy-related duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
