Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage medication-related activities, inventory, dispensing, procurement support, and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy standards and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines and healthcare products as per valid prescriptions and organizational procedures.
- Verify prescriptions for drug name, dosage, quantity, and other relevant details before dispensing.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines as per manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate inventory of medicines and medical consumables.
- Coordinate with the SCM team for procurement and replenishment of medicines and pharmacy items.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and expiry.
- Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and stock movement and follow FEFO principles.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Maintain proper documentation related to pharmacy operations and inventory.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, patients, vendors, and internal teams regarding medication requirements.
- Ensure controlled and restricted medicines are handled and documented as per applicable regulations and company policies.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, short-supplied, or incorrect medicines.
- Support patient/homecare requirements by coordinating timely availability of prescribed medicines.
- Ensure pharmacy premises and storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with required standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and prescription-related information.
- Support internal audits, quality checks, and regulatory inspections.
- Perform other pharmacy and SCM-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacy Council registration as applicable.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in hospital, retail pharmacy, healthcare, or homecare pharmacy operations will be an advantage.
