Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop PCD franchise networks, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
- Contact and develop relationships with distributors, stockists, and prospective franchise partners.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and PCD opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
- Identify new territories and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with CRM and Operations teams for quotations, orders, and dispatches.
- Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales records in the CRM.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales, Pharma Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience with pharma distributors, stockists, or PCD franchise customers will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
