Role purpose. Build the Pharma functional and consulting capability behind MResult's growth. The role will strengthen our India-based domain leadership, shape differentiated offerings, support strategic pursuits, and help delivery teams translate technology into measurable business outcomes for life sciences clients.
Position Summary
MResult is seeking a senior Pharma leader who combines deep industry knowledge with consulting, solution-shaping, and capability-building experience. The leader will work across growth, delivery, technology, and talent teams to build repeatable Pharma capabilities that strengthen client conversations and improve execution.
This is not a primary account-sales role. MResult's US-based Growth leadership will continue to own senior customer relationships, opportunity identification, account expansion, and revenue growth. This position will provide the Pharma functional depth, consulting methods, offerings, experts, and delivery readiness needed to convert those opportunities into credible solutions and successful engagements.

- Develop consulting frameworks, assessment methods, operating-model approaches, and reusable client deliverables.
- Identify capability gaps and establish a focused network of domain leaders and subject matter experts.
Offerings and Solution Development
- Translate recurring client problems into clearly defined offerings with business outcomes,
delivery models, implementation roadmaps, and value cases.
- Partner with data, AI, cloud, engineering, and platform leaders to ensure solutions are grounded in Pharma workflows, controls, and adoption needs.
- Strengthen and package MResult accelerators, platforms, and agentic AI capabilities for Pharma use cases.
- Create reusable points of view, case studies, demonstrations, proposal content, and executive-level narratives.
Growth Enablement
- Partner with MResult's ELT and Strategic Advisors to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and provide domain credibility in strategic pursuits.
- Join selected client discussions as the Pharma functional and consulting leader, especially during discovery, solutioning, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Support proposals, statements of work, commercial models, and transition plans with realistic scope, assumptions, staffing, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts based on industry priorities, operating challenges, and MResult's capabilities.
Delivery and Practice Leadership
- Provide functional oversight for strategic Pharma engagements and help teams maintain alignment between client outcomes, solution design, and delivery execution.
- Support delivery leaders on complex domain decisions, escalation management, executive communication, and value realization.
- Establish knowledge-sharing mechanisms, playbooks, and communities of practice across business units.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to hire, develop, and deploy Pharma domain and consulting talent.
