Academic & Curriculum

- Teach CBSE Chemistry for Grades 11 & 12.
- Plan lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Build strong conceptual and application-based understanding.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question banks, and study materials.

Board & Competitive Exam Preparation
- Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations.
- Conduct regular tests, revisions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Teach IIT-JEE and NEET Chemistry as required.
- Train students through advanced problems, PYQs, and mock tests.
- Develop effective exam strategies and answer-writing skills.

Practical & Laboratory
- Conduct CBSE Chemistry practicals and experiments.
- Prepare students for practical examinations and viva.
- Ensure proper laboratory safety and chemical handling.

Assessment & Student Support
- Conduct and evaluate periodic tests, pre-boards, and mock exams.
- Analyse student performance and address learning gaps.
- Provide remedial and enrichment support.
- Mentor students on academics and competitive examinations.

CBSE Evaluation & Professional Responsibilities
- Apply experience as a CBSE Board Examiner/Evaluator.
- Follow CBSE marking schemes and assessment standards.
- Participate in moderation and academic planning.
- Collaborate with the Science Department and participate in school activities.
- Maintain academic records and assessment documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Sc.



in Chemistry from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. preferred/required as per applicable norms.
- 510+ years of experience teaching CBSE Chemistry for Grades 1112.
- Prior CBSE Board Examiner/Evaluator experience is highly preferred.
- Experience teaching IIT-JEE and/or NEET Chemistry.
- Strong command of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Good understanding of CBSE syllabus and examination patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both high-performing and academically challenged students.
- Experience in reputed CBSE schools or coaching/integrated programmes will be an advantage.
