Position: PGT Accountancy & Financial Market Management (FMM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Accountancy and Financial Market Management (FMM) to Senior Secondary students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans aligned with prescribed learning outcomes.
- Deliver engaging, concept-based, and application-oriented lessons.
- Strengthen students understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and market practices.
- Prepare and conduct assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Monitor student performance and provide timely academic support and constructive feedback.
- Guide students in practical applications of accounting and financial market concepts.
- Introduce students to real-world financial scenarios, investment concepts, market trends, and financial literacy.
- Mentor students for academic projects, presentations, competitions, and enrichment activities.
- Collaborate with the Commerce Department and school leadership to achieve academic goals.
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria





- Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com) Mandatory.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred/mandatory as per applicable CBSE/school requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with Grades XI–XII.
- Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy and Financial Market Management (FMM).
- Strong understanding of the CBSE Senior Secondary Commerce curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial and accounting concepts through practical and engaging teaching methodologies.
- Experience in curriculum planning, student mentoring, and academic enrichment activities will be preferred.
