Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PGT Accountancy teacher to lead Senior Secondary students (Classes 11 & 12). The ideal candidate will build strong conceptual foundations in financial accounting, partnership accounts, and company accounts while preparing students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Teach core Accountancy concepts, journal entries, ledger postings, financial statements, and ratio analysis per CBSE / Board guidelines.
- Practical Guidance: Oversee student project work, comprehensive case studies, and practical file preparations required by the board.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design tests, evaluate answer sheets, analyze student performance, and conduct regular revision sessions.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board exams using past papers, sample papers, and targeted problem-solving techniques.
- Parent Collaboration: Engage with parents during PTMs to discuss academic progress and growth areas.

Key Requirements
- Education: M.Com (Master of Commerce) with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2+ years of teaching Accountancy to senior secondary classes (11th & 12th) preferred.
- Skills: In-depth clarity on accounting principles, strong blackboard/presentation skills, and bilingual fluency (English & Hindi).

We are seeking an engaging PGT Business Studies educator to inspire senior secondary students. The role involves breaking down management principles, business environment, marketing, and finance into practical, easy-to-understand concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Cover syllabus modules including Management Principles, Business Setting, Financial Management, Marketing, and Consumer Protection.
- Case Study Approach: Teach case-study solving techniques to equip students for higher-order thinking questions in board exams.
- Classroom Engagement: Drive interactive learning through discussions, real-world business news analysis, and group tasks.
- Project Supervision: Guide students through board-mandated project work on business environments and marketing strategies.
- Academic Tracking: Monitor individual progress, conduct diagnostic tests, and offer remediation for struggling students.

Key Requirements
- Education: M.Com / MBA with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience teaching Business Studies at the Senior Secondary level (Fresh graduates with excellent subject command may apply).
