Shall be able to handle Shift engineer duty of Cement plant from Crusher to Cement mills
Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:
Shall have operation / Maintenance / trouble shooting knowledge in Field equipment such as weigh feeders , Rotoscale systems for Coal / Kiln feed , VFDs , DCS / PLC hardware, software and Gas analysers
Knowledge of operational interlocks of Cement plant for major equipment
JOB PROFILE:
- KRA 1: Maintenance trouble shooting / Calibration knowledge of Gas analysers of Siemens / ABB
- KRA 2: Maintenance trouble shooting knowledge of VFDs , SPRS / DC drive : Yaskawa / ABB
- KRA 3: Maintenance trouble shooting / Calibration knowledge of Weigh feeders, Kiln Coal Feeding systems , Schenck / FLS
- KRA 4:
Maintenance trouble shooting of PLCs / DCS systems of Siemens PCS7 w r t interlocks , bypassing etc
KRA 5: operational knowledge of Cement plant interlocks
Professional Qualifications:
Essential: Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Communication / Electronics Instrumentation engineering
Preferably: Degree / Diploma qualification in Instrumentation engineering
Skilled Experience: (specify range in yrs) - 5 to 8 years
