What you’ll do

? Own the pet parent experience from hello to goodbye

? Coordinate appointments with Vets & Groomers

? Handle queries and build strong relationships

? Drive consultative selling, cross-selling & upselling

?️ Manage products, merchandising & clinic experience

⚡ Keep day-to-day clinic operations running smoothly

❤️ Create an experience that makes pet parents say, “We’re coming back!”

We’re looking for

1+ year in retail / customer-facing

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

Robust interest in consultative sales

Pet parenting experience is preferred ?
