Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills:

- Knowledge of cement plant and Kiln operation.
- Knowledge of Refractory and its application in Kiln, Preheater &
- Cooler.
- Knowledge of process & general safety.
- Knowledge of SAP &
- DPR.

Job Profile KRA 1: Kiln, Preheater, Calciner &

- Cooler operation from CCR in an optimized way to meet management targets.

KRA 2: Refractory and Shutdown Maintenance work supervision.

KRA 3: Daily Production Report preparation from SAP.

Professional Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma
