About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and highly engaging Personality Development Cum English Communication Trainer who can help students, young professionals and job aspirants improve their spoken English, communication skills, confidence, personality, interpersonal skills and employability.

The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive, activity-based training sessions that translate classroom learning into measurable improvements in communication, confidence and professional behaviour.

Current trainer vacancies commonly emphasize spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, presentations, group discussions, confidence building, interview preparation and learner feedback.

Key Responsibilities1. English Communication Training

- Conduct Spoken English and English Communication sessions.
- Improve learners' fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and sentence formation.
- Conduct conversation practice, role plays and real-life communication exercises.
- Develop learners' ability to communicate confidently in English.
- Train students in formal, informal and professional communication.
- Identify individual communication gaps and provide corrective feedback.

- Use PowerPoint, videos, digital learning resources and LMS platforms where required.
- Use appropriate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for communication practice, content development and workplace productivity, where appropriate. Current communication-trainer roles increasingly mention familiarity with AI tools and digital learning platforms.

1. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with academic, placement and program-management teams.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Submit training reports and learner-performance reports.
- Participate in faculty/trainer meetings and programme reviews.
- Support institutional employability and placement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Qualification:

Postgraduate degree in English, Education, Psychology, Management, Communication or related discipline.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of relevant training/teaching experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and demonstrable training ability may also be considered.
- Experience with schools, colleges, universities, skill-development programmes or corporate training is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
