Key Responsibilities

- Daily Service Planning

- Prepare and finalize the next-day pest control service schedule.

- Allocate technicians based on location, skill, workload, and service priority.

- Ensure all scheduled services are completed on time.

- Avoid technician time clashes and unnecessary task allocation.

- Technician Coordination

- Coordinate with pest control technicians throughout the day.

- Monitor technician attendance, movement, service completion, and productivity.

- Ensure technicians have the required chemicals, equipment, PPE, and service materials.

- Support technicians in resolving site-related operational issues.

- Client Coordination

- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, postponements, complaints, and special requirements.

- Confirm upcoming services with clients wherever required.

- Ensure customer feedback and complaints are properly recorded and followed up.

- MIS & Documentation

- Maintain daily service MIS and operational reports.

- Update CRM/field application with service status and technician activities.

- Prepare daily completed-service reports and pending-service reports.





- Submit the next-day service plan and required MIS within the company's prescribed timelines.

- Maintain records of chemical usage, glue traps, complaints, re-services, and postponed services.

- Service Quality Control

- Monitor whether technicians are following approved pest control SOPs.

- Verify proper chemical application, equipment usage, PPE compliance, and documentation.

- Track repeat complaints and coordinate corrective action.

- Conduct regular service audits and identify areas for improvement.

- Inventory & Equipment

- Monitor pest control chemicals, tools, machines, PPE, and consumables.

- Coordinate replenishment before stock shortages occur.

- Maintain proper records of chemical and equipment usage.

- Operations Performance

- Monitor technician productivity and daily service completion.

- Track pending, postponed, cancelled, and re-service jobs.

- Coordinate with Business Development/Business Admin for new service requirements.

Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Business Admin, Operations, Technicians, and Accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
