Designation : Personal Assistant to Founder

This is not a conventional PA role. You will work very closely with a Founder who is fast-moving, direct and highly involved.

You should be comfortable dealing with:

- An unorganised and constantly changing environment — you will need to bring structure yourself.
- Frequent changes in priorities and conversations that can move from one topic to another.
- Direct communication and feedback — don’t take professional conversations personally.
- A person who can be emotionally expressive and sometimes impulsive.
- High expectations around memory, follow-ups and commitment — “I forgot” or “I told them” won’t be enough.




- Multiple opinions and information coming from different people — you must verify facts rather than blindly believe anyone.
- Pressure, urgency and incomplete information while still remaining calm and logical.
- Confidential and sensitive information that must stay confidential.
- Founder who expects ownership, not just instructions.

In short: If you need a predictable routine, perfectly structured instructions and a slow-paced workplace, this role may not suit you.

If you can stay calm, organised, objective and dependable while working with a fast, direct and sometimes unpredictable personality, you may be the right fit.
