We are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable Personal Assistant to Director to manage executive-level coordination, communication, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities.

? Position: Personal Assistant to Director

? Experience: 4–7 Years

? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field

? Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain MoMs
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and official communication
- Follow up with department heads on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials
- Maintain confidential records and documents
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Track project timelines and provide regular updates to the Director
- Assist with events, executive visits, expenses, and administrative tasks




- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Director’s office
