Key Responsibilities

- Finance & Expense Management:
- Analyse and track company expenses on a regular basis.
- Review and verify expense vouchers, bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents, unusual expenses or incorrect entries and follow up with concerned teams.
- Maintain expense trackers and monitor expenses against budgets/approved limits.
- Track outstanding payments, reimbursements and other financial follow-ups.
- Coordinate with accounts, operations, and other departments for pending financial information.
- Follow up on pending bills, vouchers, approvals and payments.
- Maintain proper records of financial documents and management reports.
- MIS & Dashboard Preparation:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Create Excel-based MIS dashboards to track expenses, payments, collections and other key business metrics.
- Consolidate data from different departments and present it in a clear and structured format.
- Analyse trends, variances and major expense movements.
- Highlight important numbers,



exceptions and areas requiring management attention.
- Develop and improve reporting formats to make decision-making faster and easier.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports.
- Executive Support & Follow-ups:
- Maintain a tracker of key tasks and follow-ups assigned by the MD/CEO/founder.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
- Prepare summaries and reports whenever required.
- Maintain calendars, meetings and important reminders as required.
- Handle confidential financial and business information with discretion.
- Assist the MD/CEO/founder with data, reports and analysis required for business decisions.
