Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive lead generation and enrollment for executive education programs.

The specialist will manage campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and generate reports to improve ROI and inform marketing strategy. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to develop messaging, conducting audience and competitor analysis, coordinating with sales to improve lead quality, and optimizing customer journeys and landing pages. The role also requires close monitoring of campaign data, testing creatives and targeting, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
