About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Perfumer to join our Fragrance R&D; team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, evaluating, and standardizing fragrance formulations for perfumes, attars, bakhoor, agarbatti and other fragrance applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, formulation techniques, olfactive evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new fragrance formulations based on customer briefs, market trends, target costs.

Modify and improve existing fragrance formulations based on performance and evaluation feedback.

Create and maintain accurate fragrance formulas and formulation records.

Work with fragrance raw materials including aroma chemicals, essential oils, natural extracts, and specialty ingredients.





Practical knowledge of GC-MS operation and interpretation.

Keep updated with new fragrance ingredients, technologies, market trends, and popular fragrance profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Perfumer / Fragrance Evaluator / Fragrance R&D; professional.

Strong knowledge of perfume raw materials and their olfactive characteristics.

Experience in fragrance matching and modification.

Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Valuable documentation and formulation skills.

Knowledge of GC-MS and analytical evaluation is an.

Preferred Experience

3–5+ years of relevant experience in perfume/fragrance formulation and development.
