Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Specialist role based in the Mohali district. The Performance Specialist will monitor and analyze system and application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal speed, reliability, and scalability

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and data analysis abilities to interpret performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with performance management processes, including setting KPIs, tracking trends, and optimizing systems.
- Knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks for applications and platforms.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting technical details.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
