Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, conducting audience and market research, refining targeting and messaging, and managing budgets to achieve ROI and growth targets. The role also involves collaborating with creative teams for ad assets, monitoring customer feedback and behavior,



and preparing concise performance reports with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage audiences and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify target segments, position the brand, and design data-informed campaigns.
- Background in Sales and performance-driven marketing, with familiarity in funnel optimization and conversion-focused tactics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad managers for social and search).
- Ability to interpret data, create insights, and present clear reports and recommendations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, part time setting.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or culture-focused brands is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
