Performance Marketer (Meta-first) — Remote The Brandink Company · Dubai

We're a Dubai marketing agency with retainer clients who pay us for one thing: results. We're looking for one person to own performance marketing end to end — not a junior, not a team lead. You run the show.

What the job actually is

You'll manage Meta Ads for our clients (mostly clinics in Dubai, with ecommerce and other sectors coming in), and Google Ads where it makes sense. You'll have a designer, video editors and a marketing coordinator to brief — but the strategy, the accounts, the numbers and the client conversations are yours.

Most of the job isn't inside Ads Manager. It's figuring out why leads dropped this month when nothing in the account changed. It's telling a clinic owner on WhatsApp that the ads are fine and the problem is that nobody's calling the leads back. It's knowing when the offer is wrong, when the landing page is wrong, and when the ads are actually wrong — and being able to prove which.

You're probably right for this if

- You've run Meta Ads hands-on for at least 1 year, with real client money,



and can tell us the budgets you managed without checking.
- You've worked directly with clients, including the awkward conversations.
- You've diagnosed a campaign that stopped working and fixed it — and can explain what you looked at before you knew what was wrong.
- You think about the whole funnel: offer, creative, landing page, form, follow-up, sales. Not just the ad.
- Google Ads is a plus. Clinic, healthcare or ecommerce experience is a plus.
- You're comfortable being the only performance person and making calls without someone above you.

You're probably not right for this if

- Your experience is mostly a course, a certification and a few small accounts.
- Your answer to a bad month is "test more creatives".
- You've only ever worked with a manager between you and the client.

- Remote, working from India. Core hours 10am–7pm IST / overlap with Dubai working hours.
- Full-time
- Salary - INR 35K -40K (No deductions)
- Reporting to the founder. Small team, quick decisions, no layers.
