Fly High Global is a study abroad company helping students explore international education opportunities and make informed decisions about studying overseas.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage paid advertising, generate qualified leads, analyse campaign performance, and create performance-driven ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns for lead generation and business growth.
- Generate and improve qualified leads across the study-abroad funnel.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audience segmentation and optimisation.
- Track and optimise key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS and Lead Quality .
- Analyse campaign data and make informed decisions on budgets, audiences, creatives and campaign strategy.
- Create and test ad creatives, hooks, copies, CTAs, static posts, carousels and short-form video concepts based on campaign objectives.
- Can create creatives using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar tools .
- Monitor creative performance and refresh campaigns to avoid ad fatigue.




- Work closely with the counselling/sales team to improve lead quality and lead-to-conversion performance .
- Set up and monitor tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and conversion tracking .
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for growth.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Robust practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimisation .
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and performance metrics .
- Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns independently.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and ad performance .
- Ability to conceptualise and create digital advertising creatives independently .
- Proficiency in Canva and/or other creative tools .
- Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns, budgets and performance targets independently.
