Webdope is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Pune.

What you’ll do: • Plan, launch and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Manage lead generation, e-commerce and conversion campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversions
- Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
- A/B test audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign structures
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and create actionable reports
- Work closely with our creative, content and web teams
- Continuously test current strategies to improve campaign performance
What we’re looking for: • 1-3 years of experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
- Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients
- Someone who takes ownership of results rather than simply "running ads"
What’s a plus: Experience with B2B, D2C, e-commerce, real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality or service-based businesses.
