Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop, manage & optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions

✅ Track & analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) for continuous improvements

✅ Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences & bidding strategies

✅ Leverage Google Analytics & attribution models for data-backed decisions

✅ Collaborate with teams to align paid media strategies with brand goals

✅ Optimize ad spends to maximize revenue & customer acquisition

Preferred Qualifications:





✔ 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and handled 1 cr+ budget on monthly basis

✔ Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads with a proven track record of scaling campaigns

✔ Solid analytical skills & experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking & data-driven marketing

✔ Background in D2C, beauty, personal care, or wellness brands is a plus

✔ Familiarity with Shopify & first-party data strategies is a bonus
