Job Summary

Womaara is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive and scale our digital growth. The candidate will manage Meta and Google Ads, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and revenue growth.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store and conversion funnel.
- Track customer journeys and identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
- Plan and execute Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer segmentation, automation,



retention, and remarketing activities.
- Conduct A/B testing and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work on strategies to improve ROAS, customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall digital growth.

Required Skills
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with a D2C/E-commerce brand.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and GA4.
- Knowledge of Email and WhatsApp marketing automation.
- Robust analytical and data-driven approach.
- Proven experience in driving revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, and growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
