About us

Yadom Life is a natural wellness and self-care brand made in India. We started with herbal inhalers and have six product launches planned over the next 12 months, including flavoured inhalers, magnesium lotion and Epsom bath salts. We sell on our Shopify website and on Amazon, and we've already proven our products sell profitably on Meta.

We're looking for the person who will own growth as the brand goes from one product to a full range, and who will build the marketing team around them as we grow.

What you'll own

Growth across the product range: Meta ads end to end, and every product's path from launch to profitable scale The launch calendar: go-to-market for six launches a year, including audience, angles, creatives, budget and timelines

Creative strategy: briefs, hooks and UGC scripts, working with our editors and creators

Budget across products: deciding where each rupee goes as the range grows

Tracking and reporting: accurate numbers across Meta, Shopify, GoKwik and the catalogue

Profitability: judged on store sales, cost per order and margin, not Ads Manager ROAS alone

Building the team: hiring and leading editors,

What you must have done

Run Meta ads yourself for D2C brands for 2+ years, not only as a manager at an agency.

Managed ₹5 lakh+ a month in ad spend, profitably.

Launched multiple products with paid ads, ideally more than one within a year.

Scaled a brand from early stage to consistent monthly sales.

Found winning creatives: you can show ads you briefed that became top performers, and explain why they worked.

Fixed a falling account: you've turned around dropping performance and can walk us through how.

Positive to have: wellness, personal care or beauty brands · Google Ads · Amazon ads · email and WhatsApp retention · experience leading a small team
