Womaara is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale our digital growth across channels. The role will involve end-to-end management of Meta and Google Ads, campaign strategy, optimization, budgeting, audience targeting, and performance analysis. You will also be responsible for Shopify management, conversion optimization, and tracking customer journeys.
Additionally, you will oversee email and WhatsApp marketing, including campaign planning, customer segmentation, automation, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with D2C/e-commerce brands, solid analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, and growth.
Pay: ₹18,045.73 - ₹72,545.31 per month
