We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can combine hands-on campaign management with marketing strategy and strong client communication.

You will manage paid campaigns, develop marketing strategies, analyze performance, present results to clients, and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

This is a client-facing role. You should be comfortable leading weekly client meetings, presenting performance reports and recommendations, and managing the relationship.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies based on business goals.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize for leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and revenue.
- Develop marketing plans and proposals that can be presented directly to clients.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage landing page, creative, audience, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Lead regular client meetings and act as the primary performance marketing point of contact.
- Work with sales, content, design, and development teams to improve the overall marketing funnel.
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale campaigns and grow client accounts.




- Manage performance marketing for BOSC's own AI products and services.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and paid acquisition.
- Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Good understanding of metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients and leading performance review meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn campaign data into clear business recommendations.
- Agency experience and B2B marketing experience are a strong plus.
