This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse brands targeting different customer segments — including Cahoot, Haute Sauce, Instafab Plus, and more.

If you understand D2C growth, love data-driven marketing, and know how to scale profitable campaigns in the fashion space, this role is for you.

What we are looking for :

- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C eCommerce brands
- Mandatory experience in Fashion / Lifestyle eCommerce brands only
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads
- Must have managed minimum 30k per day meta spends independently for eCommerce D2C fashion brands.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue, ROAS, CAC efficiency, and customer acquisition
- Deep understanding of campaign funnels, retargeting, audience building, pixels, creatives testing, and conversion optimization
- Understanding of any CRM tool to re-engage with existing customers via whatsapp, email and SMS




- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read data and make smart growth decisions
- Passionate about growing businesses and delivering results
- Highly ownership-driven, proactive, and execution-focused

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta & Google
- Drive recent customer acquisition while maintaining profitable ROAS
- Build and improve full-funnel growth strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scale
- Work closely with creative, content, and ecommerce teams for winning ad strategies
- Manage budgets efficiently and maximize returns
- Stay updated with latest platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
