Role Description The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive measurable growth. This full-time, on-site role in Haldwani involves managing paid advertising campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and continuously testing and refining strategies to improve ROI. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and aligning campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives.





The role also includes identifying new opportunities for audience targeting, budget allocation, and funnel optimization, while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring adherence to best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills, with experience in planning and executing performance-driven campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present insights, and convey complex data in a transparent manner.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing paid and organic campaigns across major platforms.
