Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and suggesting optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

The intern will support performance testing initiatives, such as A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments, and collaborate with the marketing and clinic teams to align campaigns with business goals.



This role offers hands-on experience in performance marketing within a pediatric healthcare setting, with guidance from senior marketing professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.
- Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with marketing and clinical teams.
- Understanding of performance management and performance testing methods to support optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, SEO/SEM) and interest in performance marketing.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms).
- Ability to work in office in New Delhi on a full-time schedule, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
