We are looking for a highly performance-driven Performance Marketing / Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across OTT platforms, vertical OTT/drama apps, entertainment apps, D2C products, healthcare and educational apps/websites, and subscription-based digital products

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, primarily Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Build acquisition strategies for app installs, registrations, trials, purchases and subscriptions.
- Optimize CAC, CPA, CPI, conversion rate, ROAS and LTV.
- Build and optimize the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page/App → Install → Registration → Trial → Payment → Subscription → Renewal.
- Manage audience strategy, retargeting, remarketing, creative testing, offer testing and funnel optimization.
- Manage Meta campaign structures, Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, broad targeting and conversion campaigns.
- Work with creative and technical teams to improve conversion performance.
- Scale profitable campaigns while monitoring acquisition cost, revenue and campaign stability.





Required Skills

- 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Solid Meta Ads experience; Google Ads experience preferred.
- Experience with mobile apps and/or websites.
- Strong understanding of CAC, CPA, CPI, CVR, ROAS, LTV and payback period.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work with creative, technical and analytics teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

OTT, entertainment, D2C/e-commerce, EdTech, healthcare, mobile apps, subscription businesses and digital products.
