Organizers use it to create, grow and monetize their groups, communities and events, and every member gets Sebastian, their own AI agent, working for them 24/7. The product is built and has organic users in 100+ countries. Our founder's previous company, WebJaguar, was acquired by QAD (a Thoma Bravo company). We are now hiring the small team that takes NetU to revenue.

Your mission

Fill the demo calendar at the lowest cost per demo, and convert existing users to paid.

What you will do

- Create and run PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms for fast results
- Keep ad costs low: long-tail keywords, tight targeting, small test budgets, and constant trial and error on what works and what does not
- Build email campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences with NetU's built-in email marketing tools (we train you; you pick it up fast)




- Build targeted prospect lists with AI tools and run email and LinkedIn outreach, organizers first
- Partner with Business Development on low-hanging-fruit segments, and run upgrade campaigns to existing business users
- Track everything and report weekly: cost per lead, replies, demos, upgrades

You

- Have run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn) and can show how you improved the results
- Hands-on with email marketing and automation tools, and with AI assistants; you learn recent software quickly
- Clear writer in English; numbers-minded self-starter who treats the ad budget like your own money
