We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about paid advertising, understands numbers, and knows how to turn campaigns into measurable results.

What you’ll do:

- Plan, execute & optimise campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR & conversion rates
- Conduct audience, competitor & market research
- Test different audiences, creatives, copies and campaign strategies
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Work closely with the creative & social media team to develop performance-driven campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools and platform updates





What we’re looking for:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience with campaign optimisation, retargeting and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with campaign data and performance reports
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus
