Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring paid digital campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics on a regular basis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, segmentation, and retargeting.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
- Track leads and conversions and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Media.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience in managing advertising budgets and achieving performance targets.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
