Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of marketing spends.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copies and landing pages.
- Work closely with the Creative, Content, Product and Growth teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
- Track daily/weekly campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Stay updated with changes in ad platforms, targeting, tracking and performance marketing trends.
Key Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels.
- Good analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
- Robust learning mindset and willingness to experiment.
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
