ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands paid advertising, loves working with data, and knows how to turn campaigns into measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Plan, launch & manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions
- Manage budgets, audiences, targeting & bidding
- Test creatives, ad copies, audiences & campaign strategies
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities
- Manage retargeting & remarketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor & market research
- Work closely with the creative/content team
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
- Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize accordingly




- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform changes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–3 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization & audience targeting
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of GA4 & Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate joiners preferred
