Role Description:

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Ek Ishwar’s devotional ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include designing performance marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns on relevant platforms, tracking campaign metrics, and preparing reports to inform data-driven decisions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with product launches, festival calendars, and key spiritual events, as well as coordinating with sales and partnerships to support revenue goals.

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring close collaboration with the core team and stakeholders.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute performance-focused campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze audience behavior, competitor activities, and category trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing alignment skills to support lead generation, conversions, and revenue objectives.
- Experience with performance marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics or equivalents) is beneficial.
- Ability to work with data, set KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes is preferred.
- Prior experience in consumer-facing digital products, media, or spirituality/wellness sectors is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
