We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital growth, paid advertising, and driving measurable business results. If you have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and campaign optimization — especially within a D2C environment — we'd love to connect with you!

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

✅ Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube.

✅ Scale lead generation and eCommerce campaigns while achieving target ROAS/CPL.

✅ Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and key marketing metrics.

✅ Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and analytics tools.

✅ Develop audience strategies, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.

✅ Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and offers.

✅ Work closely with creative teams for high-performing ad assets.

✅ Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and optimization strategies.

? Requirements:





✔ This is a fully Remote position.

✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing within a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand — mandatory.

✔ 2–3 years of overall hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

✔ Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

✔ Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹5 Lakhs+ preferred.

✔ Knowledge of Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GTM, and GA4.

✔ Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.

✔ Strong analytical skills with a result-oriented mindset.

✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

- Shopify / eCommerce marketing experience
- Google Merchant Center knowledge
- CRM & marketing automation exposure
- Landing page optimization & CRO understanding
- Campaign tracking and attribution knowledge
