Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing performance marketing budgets, running A/B tests, analyzing campaign data, and preparing performance reports to guide strategic decisions.

The role also involves coordinating with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align messaging, landing pages, and promotions with brand objectives and customer needs.

Executive will continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies and improve return on investment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of PPC, paid social, campaign optimisation, and digital marketing funnels.
- Experience in managing and optimising advertising budgets.
- Good understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable improvements.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, skincare, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager will be preferred.
