We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who understands digital marketing beyond just posting content.
You’ll work across Paid Advertising, SEO, Social Media, Analytics, AI Marketing & GEO and get hands-on exposure in a fast-paced startup environment.
? What You’ll Work On Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Lead generation, traffic, awareness, retargeting & app campaigns
- Audience research, A/B testing & budget optimization
- Track CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions & ROAS
SEO
- Technical, On-Page & Off-Page SEO
- Keyword research & competitor analysis
- Google Search Console, GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Technical audits, indexing, crawling & Core Web Vitals
- Internal linking, schema, backlinks & local SEO
- Identify broken links, duplicate content & keyword cannibalization
Social Media
- Plan and manage social media calendars
- Research trends, competitors & audience behaviour
- Create/coordinate content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Track reach, engagement, traffic & follower growth
? AI Emerging Marketing
- Experiment with ChatGPT, Perplexity & AI search
- Explore GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Improve brand visibility across AI search & answer engines
- Use AI for content research, SEO, campaign analysis & automation
?️ What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of practical experience in SEO, social media or paid marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of technical SEO & analytics
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC & GTM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of performance marketing & conversion tracking
- Curious about AI, GEO and the future of digital marketing
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership
