Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for BOSC Tech Labs and its AI products. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and a data-driven approach to improving lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
- Create and optimize ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, CTAs, and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve ROI/ROAS.
- Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.




- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.
- Monitor landing pages and lead-generation forms and coordinate lead handoff with the sales team.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, paid media trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for conversions.
- Good understanding of analytics, tracking, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in B2B/IT/AI marketing will be an added advantage.
